St. Clara’s Rehab & Senior Care is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician to assist the Maintenance Department in maintaining, repairing, and improving the facility’s physical spaces.

The role covers groundskeeping, general maintenance, and quick responses to keep equipment and grounds safe and functional. Ideal candidates will have basic mechanical aptitude, knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.
• Light construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and landscaping skills helpful.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities.

Responsibilities

• This position works with the Maintenance Department to assist in maintaining, repairing, and improving the physical facilities.
• Performing a variety of groundskeeping, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure our facility, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
