The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for maintaining vehicles at the highest standard of presentation. Responsibilities include thorough interior/exterior detailing, quality inspections, protective finishes, minor cosmetic repairs, and maintaining a safe, organized detailing area.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards before returning to customers or other departments.
• Apply protective finishes to maintain showroom quality.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
• Maintain the detailing area cleanliness and organize tools and supplies.
• Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Position Overview:

As an Experienced Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and customer pickup. Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet C. Harper Auto Group's quality standards before returning them to customers or the sales/service departments.
• Apply protective finishes to vehicles’ exteriors and interiors to maintain showroom quality.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines for service and sales.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
