Job summary

Stonemark seeks a Service Supervisor to preserve and maintain community facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal for residents and prospective residents. You will assist the Community Manager and oversee maintenance activities including grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency tasks.

You will schedule daily work for the maintenance team, monitor progress, and coordinate with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• EPA certification - Universal Level; HVAC certification required.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in apartment communities or similar maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Establishes daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Follows-up on work assignments for efficient completion.
• Establishes emergency maintenance on-call schedule and contacts.
• Inspects the community regularly for maintenance needs.
• Notifies management of problems and recommends solutions.
• Maintains maintenance records and reports to the Community Manager.
• Oversees move-in/move-out procedures and coordination.
• Maintains inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
