Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to preserve and maintain our community facilities and grounds. You will assist the Community Manager and lead maintenance staff to deliver prompt, professional service while managing preventive maintenance programs and safety standards.

You will schedule daily work, coordinate with contractors, and participate in move-in/move-out procedures. EPA and HVAC certifications are required, along with related experience in apartment communities.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidate must have EPA Universal and HVAC certifications.
• Fifth year college certificate or equivalent experience in apartment maintenance.
• Strong skills in bookkeeping, math, accounting and management.
• Able to operate and service plumbing, heating, AC, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents promptly and professionally.
• Establishes daily maintenance staff work schedules.
• Follows up on work assignments for efficient completion.
• Manages emergency maintenance on-call and equipment inventories.
• Inspects the community regularly and reports status.
• Assists in move-in/move-out procedures and records.
• Maintains preventive maintenance information and safety standards.
• Supervises contractors and maintains budget-conscious practices.
