Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to preserve and maintain community facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetics for residents and prospects in Athens, GA. You will assist the Community Manager and oversee grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, expense control, and coordinating with contractors, while maintaining records and supporting move-in/move-out processes.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to residents.
• Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Follow up on work assignments for completion.
• Establish on-call emergency maintenance schedule.
• Inspect the community regularly.
• Report maintenance problems and solutions to management.
• Prepare maintenance-related records.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on status reports.
• Assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
• Maintain preventive maintenance information and inventory of parts.
