Stonemark Management LLC seeks a Service Supervisor to preserve and maintain community facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and aesthetics for residents and prospective tenants. You will assist the Community Manager, set daily schedules, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining inventory and records.

Responsibilities include prompt resident service, routine inspections, move-in/out support, and adherence to budget and safety standards across buildings

Qualifikationen

• Requires EPA Universal or equivalent HVAC certification.
• Experience in apartment communities or service positions preferred.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and use hand/power tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction and electrical systems.

• Provide service to residents promptly and professionally.
• Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned work for thorough completion.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance on-call and maintain contact numbers.
• Conduct regular inspections of the community and report issues.
