Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a General Laborer in Milford, OH to support facility grounds upkeep, custodial duties, and various business lines. You will operate hand-held tools, assist with waste carts, and help with routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outside in changing weather, and good communication with customers and team members. Pre-employment testing and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate and follow directions.
• Experience with hand tools and equipment is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform lifting and outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds and perform custodial tasks.
• Operate hand-held tools and equipment safely.
• Assist with waste carts, bins, and transportation of containers.
• Perform minor repairs and general upkeep of facilities.
