Qualifikationen

• Requires a four-year college degree or higher in facility/fleet management or related field with applicable training.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in fleet maintenance and building/facilities management.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis up to two (2) years.

Aufgaben

• Develop short- and long-term strategy to maintain facilities and plan for future needs.
• Collaborate with Police and Public Works departments and other managers.
• Lead modernization efforts for facility and fleet divisions using data-driven approaches.
• Support staff and align asset management with city-wide objectives.
