• Associate degree or equivalent with coursework in business, public administration, or fleet management.
• 5+ years in fleet maintenance with 2+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, asset lifecycle, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead city fleet operations and ensure reliable maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Oversee lifecycle management including procurement and replacement planning.
• Balance operational needs with long-term asset planning and budgeting.
