Job summary

City of Tigard seeks a seasoned Facilities and Fleet Manager to guide a 20-year master plan, overseeing maintenance and modernization across critical city infrastructure. You will work with Police and Public Works to ensure functional, efficient facilities and fleets, while driving data-driven asset management.

Requires a four-year degree in facility/fleet management (or equivalent), at least five years of relevant experience, and three years of supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in facility and fleet management.
• Minimum of five years in fleet maintenance and facilities management, or equivalent.
• Three years of supervisory experience; substitutions allowed for education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead long-term facility and fleet strategy as part of a 20-year master plan.
• Collaborate across Police and Public Works to maintain and upgrade facilities.
• Provide leadership with asset management and data-driven modernization efforts.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise supporting staff.
