Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors, supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and monitor budgets while ensuring high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, clean driver's license with at least 3 years' driving experience.
• 3+ years repairs or facilities maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with operating larger vehicles and motorized lifts.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of vehicles, equipment, and facilities in spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• Oversee maintenance and repair operations for company buildings and grounds.
