Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) seeks a Senior Director for Facilities Finance & Contracts to lead budgeting and contracting efforts for the Facilities Division. The role oversees both in-house and external staff handling planning, funding, and analytics, and coordinates goods/services delivery and contract administration across NYCT facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field; eight years of full-time related experience, including at least four years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong financial analytic skills and real estate/facilities contracts experience.
Ability to develop guidelines and procedures for facility-related contracts and end-user specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the Facilities Finance & Contracts team.
Oversee in-house and external staff for planning, funding, and executing contracts and financial planning.
Generate reports to support budget monitoring and forecasting for the Facilities Division and the MTA Financial Plan.
Coordinate delivery of goods and services and administer office renovations and external contracts.
Establish and manage the 2 Broadway operating budgets for NYCT.
Serve as the 2 Broadway Tenant Representative and MTA Liaison for daily tenant services.
