City Net is seeking a Facilities Field Supervisor in Anaheim to oversee shelter facilities, grounds, vehicles, and laundry systems, ensuring safety and operational readiness. You will lead engagement staff, audit client files, and coordinate with City Net departments to deliver compliant, high-quality services.

The role emphasizes supervision of staff, development of maintenance programs, and adherence to safety regulations within a nonprofit shelter environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Two years of facilities management experience preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of bridge shelter facilities and administrative vehicles.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, equipment, and vehicles.
• Supervise Community Supports Navigators and/or Case Managers.
• Audit engagement staff systems for timely data entry and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA, fire codes, ADA, and health department requirements.
• Manage facility security and incident response.
