Job summary

City Net is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Orange County. We seek a Field Supervisor to oversee Case Managers, ensure data integrity in HMIS, and drive housing outcomes for participants.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, auditing client files, and identifying permanent housing options while collaborating across departments to support program goals and agency operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least one-year supervisory experience in social services.
• Experience cultivating and maintaining productive, professional relationships with clients, partner agencies and co-workers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise Community Supports Navigators and Case Managers.
• Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards; address underperformance.
• Audit case management systems and files for timely data entry and quality.
• Track MCP and Referral trackers for recordkeeping.
• Develop and maintain housing opportunities with landlords and partners.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and Case Conferencing.
• Ensure data collection aligns with MCP and City Net goals.
