Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in San Francisco, CA seeks a Facility Ambassador to be the critical link between clients, employees and the outstanding workplace experience. This on-site role handles events, vendor relations, work orders and emergency responses to uphold service levels daily.

You will partner with facility management, engineering, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences while supporting budget and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, vendor management, facility management, property management, or event coordination.
• Proven event planning and execution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to workplace services.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
• Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conference room setups with logistics and equipment.
• Manage third-party vendors including service delivery, invoices, and unresolved items.
• Support budgetary requests, financial analysis, purchasing, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide reception support, build access coordination, mail services, and onsite emergency contact.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor KPIs and identify process improvements.
