This client-facing role delivers exceptional service across a select portfolio, elevates engagement, and partners with service providers to create a hospitality-focused workplace.

You will implement the experience program at client sites, map journeys, conduct audits, drive improvement plans, manage a master calendar, and orchestrate engagement events while upholding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality, customer service, facilities, or workplace services
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Understanding of employee engagement principles
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with workplace management systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Map employee journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements
• Conduct site audits and evaluate workspace functionality and conditions
• Develop and implement improvement plans with clear objectives and timelines
• Maintain master calendar of workplace events, initiatives and milestones
• Organize engagement events and design experiences that foster culture
• Serve as primary contact for employees, ensuring timely, personalized responses
