Job summary

QuickCruit is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support venue operations, maintenance, and event readiness across all properties. This hands-on role requires reliability and teamwork with the Facilities Manager, Operations team, and Venue staff to ensure spaces are clean, secure, and ready for upcoming events.

Responsibilities include inspections, cleaning, staging support, load-outs, and upkeep of furniture and inventory, contributing to brand standards and seamless event execution.

• Conduct post event inspections and elevate issues involving damage, mess, unsafe conditions, equipment, or furnishings
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across floors, windows, restrooms, building exteriors, furnishings, and outdoor grounds
• Support venue staging, spatial resets, and assigned setup tasks
• Complete load-outs, resets, and turnover work to maintain event readiness
• Set up and break down event furnishings according to approved floor plans
• Maintain furniture to ensure it remains clean, fully assembled, and structurally secure
• Tighten or replace hardware, complete basic touch ups, and report advanced repair needs
