Job summary

ASM Global Stadium Management, LLC is seeking an Operations Staff member to support event preparation, cleaning, and ongoing facility operations. This role involves hands-on setup, teardown, and maintenance across a busy venue.

The position requires physical capability, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet event schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting event setup and conversions.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conversion prep and event setup activities.
• Set up and tear down flooring, chairs, walls, barricades, and tables.
• Support day-to-day operations including loading, unloading, and waste disposal.
• Help with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report safety issues to supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors as needed.
• Operate equipment to service ice floor as required.
• Work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
