Job summary

Player 15 Group is recruiting a Facility Services Technician to support all facets of the facility before, during, and after events. You will assist with preventive maintenance of tools, equipment, and property, and interact with guests, vendors, and other departments to ensure efficiency and readiness.

The role requires physical exertion at times and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be attentive to safety, OSHA standards, and daily operational needs across the

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write & speak in English.
• Ability to travel around the facility for extended periods.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in person.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain washrooms, dressing rooms, office spaces, and facility access areas.
• Clean glass and other surfaces.
• Collect and empty garbage receptacles.
• Participate in preparation, setup, and completion of conversions.
• Interact with internal departments to meet day-to-day building needs.
• Operate with urgency while prioritizing facility needs.
• Identify and report facility maintenance concerns through work orders.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure facility needs are met.
• Complete setup sheets specific to each event.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures.
