Job summary

Snake Oil Cocktail Company is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support venue operations, maintenance, and event readiness across all properties. The role is hands-on, mobile, and essential for keeping spaces clean, safe, and prepared for upcoming events, in partnership with the Facilities Manager and operations team.

The position supports multiple venues, maintains inventory, and ensures brand standards and seamless execution across the full event portfolio.

High reliability and attendance consistency.
Strong work ethic and tolerance for physical labor.
Ability to follow instructions and execute without micromanagement.
Practical problem solving and situational awareness.
Clear verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver license and ability to pass DMV review if required.

Responsibilities

Maintain interior and exterior spaces to ensure readiness for events and venue operations.
Conduct post event inspections and report issues related to damage, mess, or safety.
Set up, teardown, and turnover work for furniture and event spaces.
Operate company vans and coordinate transport of furnishings and supplies between venues.
