Job summary

Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, Inc. seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities, infrastructure and production equipment across the organization.

This role requires hands-on supervision and collaboration with management to ensure safety, reliability, and readiness for events. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience managing facilities and CNC machinery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing facilities, equipment, and events.
• Experience with CNC machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of facilities, infrastructure and production equipment.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and events.
• Manage warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements and contracts.
• Monitor inventory, storage and distribution of equipment.
• Collaborate with management to prepare and implement the budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff, interns or apprentices as applicable.
• Travel up to 25% to other locations.
