Job summary

Lighthouse Hiring seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and overall performance of our manufacturing facility in the United States. You will be responsible for plant infrastructure, building systems, utilities, and site services to ensure reliable operations that support production.

The role requires managing facility-related projects, external contractors, preventive maintenance programs, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities, infrastructure, or building maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, safety standards, and contractor management.
• Experience managing budgets and capital projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and facility systems.
• Manage utilities including HVAC, electrical distribution, water, and safety systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers and contractors.
• Lead facility improvement, renovation, and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
• Manage facility-related budgets and control operating costs.
• Support emergency preparedness and business continuity.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other tasks as required.
