Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and measuring performance.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and coach staff.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules.
• Set and track department deadlines and mentor as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee department profits and losses and direct initiatives.
