Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise maintenance and repair work in the Engineering Department.
• Coordinate with vendors and obtain price, availability and delivery details.
• Process purchase requests for department needs.
• Supervise outside contractors and ensure quality and cleanliness of work site.
• Oversee preventative maintenance for mechanical and public areas.
• Attend scheduled meetings as required.
• Work across the property to assist operations as needed.
