Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule maintenance activities for facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems in an Orlando area setting. You will coordinate internal maintenance staff and contracted providers to ensure continuity and reliability of operations.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance coordination, outage support, material readiness, and maintenance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance, facilities, construction, or technical services in industrial or campus environments.
• Experience using CMMS or enterprise workflow systems.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple stakeholders or vendors.
• Ability to interpret maintenance work orders and priorities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain site access/security requirements.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for facilities and systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with internal staff and contractors.
• Support outage coordination and maintenance KPI tracking.
• Coordinate material readiness and inventory for maintenance tasks.
