Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Facilities Projects Rep Staff to join the Facilities Projects Team. You will plan space utilization, direct equipment and facilities maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate project activities with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with dynamic work schedule modifications.
Proven ability to work with multiple customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Able to plan and adjust schedules and resources (work orders, scheduling, coordination).
Ability to obtain a US DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Plan utilization of space and facilities to ensure organizational efficiency.
Direct and manage equipment and maintenance projects and facility modifications.
Negotiate contracts, establish budgets, and manage financial terms.
Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Coordinate work of employees assigned to projects.
