Lockheed Martin seeks an experienced professional to plan, design, and oversee reconfiguration and maintenance of complex facilities in a demanding environment. You will coordinate with architectural/engineering firms and manage design cost estimates, schedules, and technical requirements.

Required are 3–7 years in construction/project management, a clear understanding of facilities design, and United States citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• At least 3-7 years of relevant experience in Construction, Project or Design Management including cost estimating, scheduling, financial tracking, statement of work preparation and/or site supervision
• Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of facilities design and construction
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee reconfiguration and maintenance of facilities.
• Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms on design criteria and layouts.
• Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, labor, and materials.
• Inspect construction progress to ensure conformance with drawings and schedules.
