Job summary
Life Time Inc. in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to inspect, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool equipment.
You will ensure a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in facilities maintenance, technical certification, and the ability to document work in CMMS; knowledge of life-safety systems and water chemistry for
Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities.
- Monitor water chemistry and pool controls; maintain safety of life systems.
- Maintain thorough records in CMMS including work orders and inspections.
- Support facility appearance and guest experience.
