Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues, record work orders in a CMMS, and meet 3–4 years of facilities maintenance experience plus relevant boiler, EPA/CFC and pool certifications. Lift 20+ lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or building engineering experience
• Technical or trade school credentials in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe operation of building systems
• Maintain water chemistry and pool controls for recreational pools
• Document work orders and maintenance in a CMMS
• Support facility appearance and guest experience
