Responsibilities

• Perform facility management and maintenance with a focus on preventive maintenance and HVAC systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fire Life Safety equipment, including fire extinguishers.
• Perform electrical maintenance on equipment such as forklifts and related devices.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Manage work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect new installations for code compliance and safety.
