CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Sr. Technician in Oklahoma City to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and grounds.

You will contribute to efficient building operations across day shift with alternating 24/7 on-call coverage. Responsibilities include handling work orders, assisting with equipment installation, and ensuring safety and code compliance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of related experience (or combination of education/experience).
• Valid driver’s license and completion of an apprenticeship are required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs+), and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and summon assistance as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order materials.
• Schedule preventive maintenance with clients to minimize downtime.
• Sustain building lighting systems and perform related repairs.
