This day‑shift role runs Monday through Friday and requires hands‑on problem solving within standardized CBRE procedures. You will inspect equipment, manage work orders, and support energy management while ensuring operations meet code and CBRE standards.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, stairs, lifting 50 lbs+
• CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Perform facility management with emphasis on preventive maintenance and HVAC systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fire Life Safety equipment and extinguishers.
• Perform electrical maintenance on powered industrial vehicles (PIV) including forklifts.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Lead work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
