International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a Facilities Engineer – HVAC/Energy Manager to coordinate and manage HVAC systems across all ICHS facilities. You will drive energy management initiatives and ensure compliance with state requirements while supporting construction and maintenance projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on HVAC work, building automation, and energy optimization to reduce costs and emissions.

Qualifications

• Education includes high school diploma or GED; engineering degree preferred.
• Five years in facilities/HVAC with controls and energy systems.
• Understanding of building automation and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with WA State/Seattle energy management requirements.
• Analyze, report and optimize energy use to reduce costs and emissions.
