Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Stationary Engineer's License and Universal CFC certification.
• Five years of hands-on experience as a lead, supervisor or manager overseeing operation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides effective supervision and management of the associates assigned to the engineering team.
• Drives goal attainment to reduce energy utilization and reports progress.
• Oversees scheduling, overtime approvals and CMMS documentation.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs for HVAC and related equipment.
• Leads onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for the engineering team.
• Provides budget recommendations and contributes to the five-year infrastructure plan.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Stationary Engineer's License

Universal CFC certification

Five years' hands-on lead/supervisor experience
