Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) seeks a Facilities Engineer – HVAC/Energy Manager to lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across ICHS facilities in the Seattle/Puget Sound region. This full-time, on-site role drives energy management and cost reduction initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of facilities engineering experience, expertise in Building Automation Systems, HVAC, electrical controls, and energy modeling. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/energy engineering preferred.
  • Five (5) years of facilities engineering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the planning, implementing, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
  • Oversee, analyze, report, and optimize energy use and utility systems to reduce costs and emissions.
  • Travel between ICHS sites as needed.
