Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair HVAC systems to maintain safe operation.
• Monitor HVAC operation and take corrective action as needed.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and SOPs.
• Record work performed, complete work orders, and compile reports.
• Respond to alarms from building automation and life-safety systems.
• Work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
