Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, inventory equipment, and replacement parts.
• Repair property equipment, guest rooms, and building systems to ensure operation.
• Maintain optimum operating conditions for guest rooms and other equipment.
• Coordinate with other shifts to minimize downtime and follow up on projects.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Document daily work requests and preventive maintenance via CMMS HotSoS.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
