Qualifications
5-10 years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
Appropriate license/permit for the trade (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician License).
Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs may be required depending on market licensure.
Responsibilities
Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, and air distribution systems.
Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns.
