Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Building Engineer in Minneapolis. This role involves the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across properties. Responsibilities include performing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, emergency response, and routine maintenance duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, relevant licenses, and 5-10 years of related experience. Compensation ranges from $28.05 to $33.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
• Appropriate license/permit for the trade (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician License).
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs may be required depending on market licensure.

Responsabilités

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, and air distribution systems.
• Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) and customer concerns.
