Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Ability to perform maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life-safety, and control systems.
• Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, lifting 50 lbs+, climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life-safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and inspections.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge and mentor others within the team.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISe values.
