Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for compliance and performance.
• Apply standard principles and share knowledge across disciplines.
