Job summary

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance in a swing shift. You will support preventive maintenance, respond to emergency repairs, and participate in inspections, ensuring operations meet client and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Strong analytical skills and mathematical calculations for energy and system optimization.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Maintain an energy management program for efficient operation.
• Assist preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Review and ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials.
