Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• OE-2 license or experience with large boilers, cooling towers, and chillers may be required.
• Universal CFC certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and safety systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes and safety regulations.
• Manage energy use and pursue efficient operation of all systems.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs.
• Follow safe storage and handling of hazardous materials; keep workplace clean.
• Review building systems inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for performance.
• Share knowledge, mentor others, and model CBRE values.
