Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nationwide leadership and technical oversight for electrical infrastructure across 60+ facilities.
• Lead capital projects from design through startup, ensuring safety and standards compliance.
• Develop and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs for reliability.
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Mentor facilities maintenance and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Maintenance teams.
• Travel up to 70% to support sites.
