Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Utility Infrastructure Manager to lead power due diligence, utility engagement, and infrastructure solutioning for large-scale sites.

You will assess load requirements, research substations, and translate grid constraints into site decisions across multiple markets. You will coordinate with utilities, title & legal teams, and project teams, while maintaining data logs and engagement records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in utility design & coordination, electrical engineering for large scale infrastructure, and/or power & energy expertise.
• Background in electrical engineering, utility design & planning, and/or transmission and distribution operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead power due diligence, including load letters, substation capacity research, and capacity confirmations.
• Coordinate with utilities, title companies, and legal teams on easements and access agreements.
• Serve as technical liaison with utility managers and municipal contacts across markets; manage meetings and engagement logs.
• Produce clear due diligence summaries and status reports; maintain templates and checklists to improve consistency.
