Job summary

Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. is seeking a full-time dispatcher to support Facilities and Campus Support (FAC) operations. You will manage work orders, coordinate with vendors and staff, and ensure service requests are processed accurately and promptly to maintain daily operations.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, fast and accurate data-entry, and strong communication skills. You will respond to emergencies, schedule vehicles, and help close work orders in the system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year experience as dispatcher or related role.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Strong data-entry (10-key) skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support to FAC by responding to emergencies and urgent service requests.
• Reviews and closes completed work orders to verify service delivery.
• Relays information between customers and FAC staff to facilitate timely completion.
• Delivers customer service by gathering, verifying, and clarifying information for work orders.
• Maintains regular on-site attendance to support daily operations.
• Distributes work orders to external vendors for service delivery.
• Receives completed work order documentation from vendors and updates the system.
• Participates in meetings and trainings in person or via Zoom.
• Coordinates with building managers and technicians to resolve operational issues.
• Schedules Passenger Vans and Executive Vehicles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
