Job summary

The Residence at Selleck's Woods, operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC, in Darien, CT, seeks a Maintenance Director for a full-time role with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000 per year. You will lead the maintenance team, supervise staff, and ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained for residents.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and managing the department within budget. A valid HVAC certificate and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: four or more years in maintenance, preferably in healthcare.
• HVAC certificate preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local fire codes.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department and preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance and housekeeping staff as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Monitor budgets and ensure timely maintenance within policy guidelines.
