Job summary

LCB Senior Living in Shelburne, VT is seeking a Maintenance Director for The Residence at Shelburne Bay. This is a full-time role with a salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 per year, offering strong benefits and an opportunity to lead the maintenance team.

As a member of the management team, you will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and compliance, while managing staff schedules and keeping the building in top condition.

Qualifications

• Four or more years maintenance experience, preferably in the health care industry.
• HVAC certificate preferred.
• Valid drivers license in the state employed is required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, coworkers and the surrounding community.
• Establishes and monitors a preventative maintenance program and budget.
• Oversees maintenance operations and ensures safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
