Job summary

CBRE seeks a Facilities Director to act as the primary client contact for facilities management across a small to medium-sized property. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate operations with property managers and external partners, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.

You will lead capital projects, oversee vendor negotiations, and align staffing with client plans, driving performance through CBRE's RISE values and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience in staffing, development, coaching, and performance appraisal is preferred.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training, coach performance, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
• Review client strategic plans to ensure staffing aligns with expectations.
• Manage capital project and operating budgets for a single property.
• Negotiate contracts for services and improve financial positions.
