Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and manage targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set work schedules and deadlines.
• Review client strategic plans for staffing levels to meet expectations.
• Manage capital project and operating budget reports for a property.
• Create action plans to improve financial positions; negotiate contracts.
• Lead client management meetings to discuss issues and solutions.
• Apply broad knowledge of business drivers to improve performance.
• Model CBRE RISE values; negotiate with external partners to align goals.
• Identify and resolve complex operational and organizational problems.
