PruittHealth seeks a Director of Facilities to oversee the Oaks at Whitaker Glen’s facility operations, including maintenance, life safety compliance, capital planning, and administration of the TELS system. You will lead the Facility Services team, manage budgets, and coordinate refurbishment projects to ensure safety, reliability, and high resident satisfaction.

You will supervise building systems, ensure regulatory readiness, and partner with On-site contractors to support turnover schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive facilities leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-building campus environments.
• 5 years of progressive facilities leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a multi-building campus environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Facility Services team while promoting safety, accountability, and customer service.
• Oversee maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, fire protection, elevators, security, and building automation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and life safety regulations and maintain survey readiness.
• Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets and oversee vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Lead capital improvement, renovation, and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee campus grounds, exterior maintenance, and overall appearance of the community.
• Coordinate refurbishment timelines and move-in readiness with the Member Services team.
• Monitor budgets, contractor performance, project schedules, and resident satisfaction related to refurbishment projects.
• Monitor and administer the TELS maintenance management system and generate operational analytics.
